About Combine Columns

The Combine Columns operation creates a new column which combines (concatenates) the content of multiple other columns. Optionally, a separator character can be included between each column’s content.

Unlike the Concatenate function in Calculate, if named columns are not present, the operation will continue to function, ignoring any missing columns.

Example

Combine the columns ‘Street’, ‘City’, ‘State’ and ‘Zip’ with comma and space separator.
