Quantemplate allows you to provide different levels of access to datasets within your organisation.

There are four permission levels for feeds:

• Owner
  Can manage users, edit settings, create, request and archive submissions, archive feed.
• Manager
  Can create, request and archive submissions.
• Submitter
  Can upload and download data, use in pipelines.
• Can view
  Can download data, use in pipelines.

Sharing a feed

Only owners are able to control sharing settings on a feed.

To share a feed with other members of your organisation:

1. Click the share button in the toolbar.
2. Click in the ‘Share with’ field and select additional people to share with.
3. Select the invitees’ permission level.
4. Click the ‘Add’ button

To change a person’s permissions level, click on their current permission level and select from the popup that appears.

To remove a person’s access to feed, click on their current permission level and select ‘Remove’. To remove your own access, select ‘Remove’. If you are the only Owner, you will need to appoint another Owner before you can leave a feed.
